Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.

Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
If required, share clear photos of the product.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us
within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and
packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within
15 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for
the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Shipping Charges
