Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during
checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or
SMS containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is
unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or
refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Janki Fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting
from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any items are missing,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your
order details and supporting photographs for prompt assistance.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe,
delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters,
public holidays, transportation issues, or courier-related circumstances
beyond our control.

International Shipping
Currently, Janki Fashion ships only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
